  • Search for a product via the “Shop” tab or type the product name/code into the Search bar
  • Select your size (refer to our Size Guide) and quantity. Click Add To Bag to add the item, or Continue Shopping to browse more
  • Click Checkout to proceed to payment
  • Fill in all shipping details, apply promotion code (if any), and select your payment method
  • All done! Your order has been successfully placed

1. Domestic Orders

  • Shipped via local carriers such as GHTK, Viettel Post, GHN,…
  • A confirmation email will be sent right after you complete your purchase on our website.
  • For any shipping information changes, please contact us via Facebook, Instagram, or hotline.
  • Delivery time: 1 – 4 days for available items. For made-to-order or out-of-stock items, the delivery time will be confirmed upon order confirmation.
  • Note: Delivery time may vary during holidays or due to the courier’s schedule.

2. International Orders

  • Shipped via DHL, FedEx, EMS,…
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your order is completed.
  • For shipping information updates, please contact us via Facebook, Instagram, or email: 
  • Delivery time: 5 – 20 days depending on the destination country, customs, and other conditions.
  • Shipping fees: calculated by country.
  • Important: No refunds for international orders. Please ensure your order details are correct before payment. If you require delivery by a specific date, contact us before placing your order for consultation.

3. Responsibility for Documentation & Logistics

  • All orders are pre-packed and sealed by Ruederue.com before shipping.
  • Carriers are responsible for transporting goods under the principle of “intact package.”
  • Rue de Rue provides a sales invoice upon delivery.
  • Each package includes recipient details (name, phone number, address), order tracking code, and invoice/tracking slip (if available).

4. Damaged Goods During Shipping

  • Whether shipped by Rue de Rue or a third party, we will take full responsibility for resolving any damage caused during delivery.
  • In case of shipping delays, we will promptly notify customers, who may choose to cancel the order or continue waiting.
  • According to shipping regulations, online orders cannot be checked before payment.
  • Customers are eligible to request an exchange within 3 days if the product has a manufacturing defect or was advised incorrectly.
  • Please record a video while unboxing your order to facilitate verification in case of any issues.
  • No refunds. Exchanges only for items of equal or higher value.

Shipping fee responsibility:

  • If the item has a manufacturing defect / wrong size or color delivered → Rue de Rue covers the shipping cost.
  • If the error is from the customer (wrong size choice, change of mind) → customer covers the shipping cost.

Exchange conditions:

  • Request must be made within 24 hours after receiving the order.
  • Items must be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must remain unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
  • Sale items are non-exchangeable.

Exchange procedure (4 steps):

  1. Contact our hotline or message us via FB/IG, providing your order information and the product code you wish to exchange.
  2. Send the item back to: Rue de Rue Store, 
  3. Rue de Rue will inspect the returned item.
  4. Rue de Rue will send the replacement item to you. If the requested size/item is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm an alternative option.

Payment Policy:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash upon receiving your order.

  • Bank Transfer: Complete your payment via bank account details or QR code provided.

  • Online Payment: We accept international payment methods including PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard.
