Domestic Shipping
Applies to all orders within Vietnam.

• Standard Delivery – Shipped via local couriers (GHTK, J&T, etc.)

• Express Delivery – Same-day delivery via Grab/Be (available in selected areas)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay upon receiving your order

International Shipping
Applies to all orders outside of Vietnam.

• International Delivery – Shipped via international courier services

2. Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, RUE de RUE will process it within 24 hours and confirm your payment and shipping details.

Domestic Shipping:

• Central city areas: 2–3 business days

• Other provinces and remote areas: 3–5 business days, or as agreed upon at the time of order

International Shipping:

• Delivery time varies depending on destination, typically 7–21 business days

Please note: Delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Unable to contact the customer via phone

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

• Sudden increase in order volume

• Delays from suppliers or shipping partners

In the event of any delay, RUE de RUE will promptly notify you. You may choose to either cancel your order or continue to wait for delivery.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the rates of our delivery partners and may vary depending on location and order weight.
The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Payment Methods

Customers can choose from the following payment options available on ruederue.com:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• ATM Card / Visa / Mastercard / JCB

• E-wallets (MoMo / ZaloPay)

5. Notes on Receiving Your Order

RUE de RUE and our delivery partners always strive to deliver orders on time. However, minor delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.

Please ensure that products arrive in original, unopened packaging.
If you notice any issues, you may refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Care team for support.

We are responsible for any loss or damage during transit and guarantee that all RUE de RUE items are 100% authentic and brand new.
