We only support product exchange — no returns or refunds under any circumstances.
All exchanges must comply with the following conditions.
One-time exchange only. The new item must be of equal or greater value than the original.
Customers must provide clear unboxing photos/videos along with the purchase receipt.
Items must remain in original condition, with all brand tags (paper & woven) and included accessories (if any) intact.
Products must be unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, chemicals, alterations, or any damage.
Sale items and custom-made pieces are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of exchange.
For orders placed through third-party platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok), we will follow each platform’s specific exchange policy.
RUE de RUE offers free exchanges in the following cases:
The item has a manufacturing defect.
The wrong style, color, or quantity was delivered.
Size exchanges:
Allowed if the requested size is available in stock.
Customers are responsible for two-way shipping fees and any additional costs.
Exchanges for a different product:
If the new item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid.
If the new item is lower in value, the difference will not be refunded.
Customers cover both-way shipping fees and any related charges.
Products with removed tags or damage due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.
No feedback within 48 hours of receipt means the product is considered accepted.
Discounted or promotional items without manufacturing defects cannot be exchanged.
RUE de RUE reserves the right to decline exchanges if the policy conditions are not met.
Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
After this period, RUE de RUE may refuse any exchange requests.
